Really useful for updating existing knowledge and training. A good reminder of roles and responsibilities as well as the day to day awareness.

Clear and concise

The training was material is very good, giving you up to date information relevant fire training.

I found this programme very informative. Some of what is covered is common sense but it really makes you think, and the information about the use of fire extinguishers I found particularly helpful. It would, however, be good to have the option to print off some of the factual information.

but I am hard of hearing, and I had to work with someone else so that they could feedback to me what was verbally being said, and therefore it would have 5 stars had the programme had subtitles or was suitable for hard of hearing/deaf people who may want to be fire wardens, as the content was ideal and just right.

A well presented programme packed with important life saving information and instructions. Short sharp high impact sessions on the respective subjects, held my attention all the way through. Message delivered was clear , concise and informative. Well done to everyone involved.

the course was clear and well structured and the e-learning allowed me to work at my own pack and in my own time. I found the way the topics were broken and down and use of testing very effective.

Found this difficult as I am profoundley deaf and couldnt hear a lot of it as it was spoken behind a screen and background music didnt help.
