Shoulds and needs to be done in two sittings as it can get long and drawn out over on sitting

An overall good DVD, repetitive in places - the section with the video about how people respond to fire alarms_ the clip is far to long

Although the information contained is useful and necessary, the introductions are repetetive and the overall tone very slow and laborious

I found this training programme very user friendly and easy to follow. The content was good and I did learn a lot from the programme. it was good to be able to dip in and out when I had a few spare minutes.

Ecellent but I could do with the chance to print out some of the pages for future reference and review

i found the dvd very imformative and thaught me how to use a fire extingisher properly and the correct one for the right job. i was also surprised at the senarioe of what people do when they here an alarm go off.

The training was very well structured and divided into manageable sections, it provded the relevant education and the visuals made it much easier to absorb. The observation parts and the simulations helped to make an overall interesting training course.
