i found the programme interesting and easy to follow, my only critiscm is that i was unable to print the certificate at the time of finishing as my printer was not local, i was unable to go back to the test and print the certificate later, so had to re-sit the test. It did not matter as i scored 100% both times. It was just time consuming.

The program was very comprhensive and clearly explained. Helpful diagrams and demonstrations mean the information is easy to take in. The use of a review question at the end of each section is a great idea.

Was worried about the extent of information I might need to retain as during the input areas it seems a bit intense in places, however was pleasantly surprised when I completed 100% - obviously a good course and all relevant information was covered. Thanks

Really good educational program. Logical presentation which is easy to understand. I found it much better to be able to learn online at my own pace rather than attend a classroom based course which would have undoubtedly taken more of my time.

would like to be able to stop program at any point and then be able to re-start at the same place . Even if it was mid way in a section. Working in a busy office does mean you have to stop / start . Too many sections delivered at same tone . need to be mixed more.

Worthwile training that shows the importance of fire warnings and training. The part about peoples reactions to a fire alarm, although important and useful, could have all been acheived in half the time.

Well explained good conceipt of information like the short videos in between I do surgest that you should make trainees aware of having paper and pens to make notes has there is a large amount of information to take in if you go through the exercise all at once otherwise I enjoyed it very much
