The types and application of the different extinguishers could have been more fully explained. The video scenarios showing peoples reactions to an alarm went on too long; could have been edited/shorter.

This program is useful and interesting.

Some of the information seemed a bit simple. But that might be because I've done it before.

This programme is straight to the point easy to understand and explains each section fully .

The venue was clean and accessible and I enjoyed the group dynamics and learning style. I would be interested in further courses offered in the future.

The training was simple, easy to use and I liked how you could come back to it, however as the training was quite long I found that coming back to it I had forgotton some of what I had done previously. Overall a good, easy to understand programme and presented in a good fashion.

The video was very clear to follow and understand, I liked the option of being able to go back over a section as many times as required. Everything to do with fire training was included but all the sections were not to heavy that it became boring or hard to understand.
