This is a particularly well put togther training package, with immersive visual/audio and interactive elements; coupled with a Formative and Summative Assessment strategy. Perhaps you could consider including other question types in the summative assessment; such as drag'n'drop etc?
I expected the training to be boring but really enjoyed it as it was straight forward and easy to follow.
Time to complete this training would be helpful
This training makes us aware of our resposibilities. It highlights the regulations with out confusing us. The area on fire extinguishers was particularly useful especially the videos. I also learnt a lot about risk assessments and getting disabled people out of buildings and after finishing the training I assessed the access from our upstairs meeting room.
I really enjoyed the training, but it could have done with being a little shorter and perhaps not so much time on the human behaviour dvd section.I found that my consentration was slipping at times, i feel that this was from some sections being longer then they should be. I felt that the course was extreamly benificial and i also think that it wouldn't hurt everone in the work force to also take part in the course, even if its just watching the dvd clips..
I found the course interesting and informative. The use of video demonstrations breaks up the programme and keeps the watcher interested. Asking questions during the course makes sure you're paying attention.
a very informative and helpful programme
it was good to do
a thorough and clearly presented interactive training programme. Easy to use and sufficient variety to make it interesting.
I learnt a lot I didn't know and was totally shocked by the lack of action the people made to the fire alarm when there was no Fire Warden to tell them to evacuate the building. Very useful to see the video of fire hazards in the office.
