Enjoyed this one, useful information, well delivered.

Dear Sir or Madam, Instructions and advice are very clear, useful and concise. The only change I'd suggest is the removal of the background music from some of the videos and the introduction as it can be a major and irritating distraction.

The formatting of the training was excellent, along with useful videos. The length of the training was just right to get across to fundamentals and key aspects of fire safety. The only negative i would add is upon re-taking the test at the end, the questions where pretty much the same, i would look at asking different questions upon a re-take.

Enjoyed this course, and it was good being able to pause and come back to it easily. Videos were informative and I now feel prepared for the responsibility involved. One big annoyance though was the presenter who kept moving his fingers apart and back together all the time. Distracting! Otherwise he was good, and easy to understand and pay attention to.

I found the programme well structured and very user friendly. The format of listening to a video then answering questions was particularly useful. It was pitched at the right level for all grades of staff.

An informative and well put together training programme, even people who do do want to take the test should avail themselves of this.

As a visual learner who appreciates the use of colour I felt that the interactive resources were excellent. Content was relevant to the role of Fire Warden and the topics on Human Behaviour I found really interesting. The use of 'fire authority figures' addede gravitas to teh message and I feel in a way made you take more notice than if the content was delivered by a 'presenter' only. All in all a good learning experience.

The whole process can take a bit of time to complete, but understand that we need to have it in this detail to know how to deal with a fire/what fire extinguishers can be used on what sort of fires etc, so it's quite good that you let people leave the training site but it still records what they have done when they log back in.

Executed well - all aspects covered and enjoyed learning each. Information clearly presented and found the fire assessment video test to be a great exercise.
