Great to review progress, enhanced exisiting knowledge and cover gaps that I had. Would recommend this training every time.

Great content but some of the points seemed a bit laboured or overstated. I guess the course has to be pitched at people af all abilities.

I thought the programme was extremely thorough, easy to follow and being able to stop start was very useful as had few interruptions. Very informative and definietly learned a lot.

I thought highlighting the human behaviours was very interested and enforced the need to take the lead. My only negative comment was that the sessions was too long.

It was easy to go back if you were interrupted whilst viewing.

The programme is thorough in its content but soem of the videos are a little too long. There is quite a lot of looking at people and listening.
