Very good video presentation, easy to understand so it was easier to stay focussed as i am easily distracted and am sure that this will make me a better fire warden.

I enjoyed completing the interative training session and found it very informative.

programme easy to understand, but it would have been easier to answer questions after each module as there was rather a lot of info to process.

I found you had to write a lot of notes as it took a very long time to complete the whole thing. But I learn't a lot.

The training was engaging enough and very informative

The menus were easy to access, and follow, video information was clear and concise. making the renewal very meaningful and giving me a renewed and clear mind of my responsibilitys as a fire warden and also life saving skills.

I have found this very informative and easy to understand, with the major points in fire safety and evacuation clear and concise. I have used this programme several times now and the only fault I have with it is that one of the firemen who talks to you about the importance of fire safety has a tone of voice that lacks interest in the subject matter he is discussing. Even though he is a firemen and is obviously knowledgeable in the subject, it just seems as if he was made to do this programme and not volanteered to do it..

Access to the course was not troublesome. The sequencing of the units evenly paced, brief and to the point. Illustrations on 'how' , I found to be an added bonus to the verbal narrative (Spoken and written) (eg., using certain fire extinguishers properly). Being able to pause the narrative at any point in the delivery meant one could take a brief break and return to where one left off. Overall a rather pleasant experience and the test at the end proved I was able to retain all the information for future use.

This is the 4th training programme I've completed from the interactive health and safety company, so needless to say I've enjoyed them!!!!
