Factual and concise given the imprtance of the subject matter...

Good programme however a little long winded at times for staff who have previous knowledge.

Was well worth it and could save someone life

enjoyable and easy going, quite good that you could go back and watch again..

Very informative, I learnt alot from this programme. Most of the content was interesting and new to me.

Instruction is clear concise presentation good a good investment for training of all reponsible person and Fire Wardens Thought question on Conduction alternatives : Transfer of heat through a material and alternative were both good enough definitions and neither was incorrect

The training was straightforward and clearly presented. I stepped through it easily and was able to come back to it after a break and easily pick up at the section i had left off at. One improvement I would like to see is to make each "page" a similar length, some were very short but some of the "talking head" videos were too long.

Very Detailled & Informative but it took three hours to complete. Perhaps a note to that effect should be on the Header screen.

Very easy to follow and held my attention. I can't believe the man who entered the shop didn't sound the alarm as soon as he stepped in!
