Perhaps more demonstrations - i.e. visual rather than talking - or pictures with the relevant dialogue under them to maintain interest. Fewer words = greater impact

Like i said very informatiove and well presented.

It was informative and easy to understand.

I found the programme easy to follow and informative. The only criticism would be the section regarding the way people react to a fire alarm. The interviews at the end with the people involved went on too long and were repetative.

The course could have been a boring lecture on being a fire warden, but was a collective mix of video, statements and interactive tuition, which seemed to do the trick in keeping my attentio, although a good tip would e the advisement to take notes during the training!

I have learnt a lot from doing this training.

Very informative, some of the content was new to me. Eaey to watch and good subject matter. The only gripe was that when printing the certificate the date (month) was wrong.

As above maybe a little too long

learnt much from this programme,just hope I don't have to put it into practice.

The training was at a high level of competence
