This is a very detailed training guide and is very useful, especially to someone who has not learnt this before. The mini questions at the end of each section are especially useful. My only fault is that some sections are slightly long e.g. 36 pages. This caused me to lose interest part way through the section. To solve this, I would put an estimated completion time at the begining of each section so people can time manage this better.

the course was easy to understand and follow, and allowed me to take notes as i progressed and without falling behind. the only issue i had was that when i went to print off my certificate, my printer went down and now i am unable to go back to print off certificate at a later date.....

The programme was very informative with good short videos and images. The feature of being able to do it slowly is also an advantage to those people that need to do it over short periods of time.

This was a good training programme as it enabled me to take time and digest the information without having to rush through it. I liked the 'stop and start' feature as it fitted in with lifestyle. I also liked the way I could access the programme from home too. I was able to finish this at leisure and learnt a lot about fires and also it refreshed my training. Simple logical knowledge that is needed in order to be aware without panicking. Thank you very much.

The educational film and subsequent testing all fitted in very well. Very clear in the instructional side and well set out in the various stages and good continuity. Educational as well and I now know which extinguisher to grab dependant on the type of fire! Just hope I never have to use one. K Traylor

Good interesting material, not too complicated.

Covered everything in a good running order.

The programme was clear and concise, with easy to follow videos. The one area of improvement could be with more interactive content which would better keep an individual engaged.

I enjoyed the training quite difficult to complete in a noisy office.
