really find the interactive courses very informative and can be done anytime anywhere

I thought that it was good that the online training was broken up into sections that you could go back too, or stop and start whenever you wanted. However, I found the classroom training much better as i was not distracted with other things in the office whilst I was trying to concentrate.

I found the videos very useful and knowledable- very interesting.

Comprehensive training programme with lots of interesting and useful information presented in an easy to absorb way.

By tedious I mean due to having to wait for so long for each screen to pop up at least 2 - 3 minutes between each screen wait was getting a bit boring and frustrating
