the video footage in the test was difficult to see

Great training video, full of interesting clips and a lot of useful information. Divided into clear sections. Only changes would be more example questions at the end of each section and perhaps some printouts to keep.

This programme was very good and informative

Good overall training and covering all all areas adequately. However the brief suggested 79 minutes......... the whole programme actually takes over two hours

As I was required often by the contractors I had on the school site, I found it was very convienent to be able to stop and start the training package when ever I needed to do so

VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND INFORMATIVE TRAINING

I found this training to be very easy to follow and did not feel as if I was being overloaded with unnecessary information. The ability to be able to pause and restart is a great feature as this allowed me to complete the training inbetween work.

Excellent, all other training on this subject I have had before has never given any information as to handling the various extinguishers and the best ways to use them in extinguishing the different types of fire.

Basic, but ok for an refresher course.

Would be nice to be able to print certain sections of the programme, and also when retaking the test, the questions could be alot more varied.
