I found this programme vry easy to follow, very informative.

The only thing I find boring and long winded are when it shows the clips of the Fire Officers talking which takes a bit too long. Needs to be more bite size chunks!

The term arson is not used in Scotland hence people in Scotland would not be familar with it- it is willful fire raising in Scotland.

A good way of delivering training where it may be difficult to get a large number of people together in 1 room. Only problem is that one can't ask questions as the training is carried out.

This course was easy to undersatnd whilst getting the relevant points across.

The programme was at times very difficult to watch as the buffering took so long and the video sections where so broken up where not easy to follow. Could not see all of the choices and video clips to small to see detail, again buffering, in the test section

Introduction to each section was interesting but a bit repetitive at times. Vieos were more interesting and kept your interest rather than just the white shirted gentleman talking

The subject matter followed an ordered path and led into the next section in understandable steps.
