Found the training very useful. It was very informative, however found some of the video where individuals are talking too long. I think bullet points on the information they were giving would have been more productive. On the whole will recommend this to anyone.

Easy to understand

When I was told I had to do this, I'll be honest, my first thought was dread, as these types of things are normally too long, and really dragged out. This wasnt though. I found it interesting, informative, and the hour it took flew! I learnt things that I didnt know, and it was nice that it wasnt just a man talking to you all the way through, there were some videos put in to make it a bit more interesting.

I found it very clear and easy 2 follow 4 something that is very important not only in the work place but also in the home

Informative & educational

Very thorough, and the inclusion of videos was useful when demonstrating fire spreading and the use of extinguishers. Also, the results of the psychological experiments were fascinating.
