Easy to watch and provided good information. Thought the Human Behaviour video was to long with all the interviews afterwards. I felt the point was put across quickly but yet this section was too long. As I work in a school it would be good to have a section related to school, I have been to many Fire safety presentations over the years and always related to offices or a factory, never a school. I appreciate the same safety applies but thought I would have seen a presentation school related by now. Overall an accessible DVD with easy to follow instructions.

Very comprehensive and informative

The training was fine but some parts of the test were too big to fit on my screen and I could not move down to see all the options and click the "continue" screen. That is why I only got 95%.

Excellent and exhaustive coverage. Well illustrated with diagrams and videos, plus tests to keep you interested. The only minor drawback is the length of time required to complete the package.

Was very informative and comprehensive. The only issue I encountered was that a pause button would be useful for the videos.

Longwinded in places but the content is concise, demonstrations are interesting and it all makes sense.

The Training programme was easy to follow, informative & did not take up too much time. I was able to complete it when I wanted & stop start as required. The the extra resources section was also useful.

I am more deliated to participate this programe and it's been helpful to me in fire awareness.

You realise you know more than you think, muliple choice questions are a better way of answering this test
