Good that it had subtitles, as I found listening to the explanations unbearably long and boring - I kept putting off doing it. Wonder if it should follow first aid's lead in simplifying the process e.g. focusing on prevention/evacuation/smoke risk/extinguishers rather than technical detail about chemical reactions and names of legislation. The video of people ignoring the alarm was good, but I've seen it before and also witnessed this in reality. Maybe more on checking smoke alarms and more interactive content would be helpful.

I have gained knowledge about the different types of fire extinguishers because I would have used the completely wrong types of the various fires. I now appreciate the dangers related to reluctance by people including me before undertaking this course. I definitely was amazed by the people who were completing some questionnaires and completely ignored the fire alarm.

Found the videos on how to put the fires out very useful, as it was demonstrated using a professional and experienced professional.

The videos are really informative and in particular, people's behaviour in the event of a fire was a revelation.

Gives a very good overview of the roles and responsibilities of a fire warden, excellent course.
