Well put together training programme which keeps you upto date with current information and legislation. A good mix of video and the written word. The test is quite challenging as well.

I found this Training Programme easy and pleasant to use. It was informative without being too technical and encouraged interest in the subject, and a keen-ness to move onto the following item. The only problem I encountered was that when the Firemen spoke, their voices were quieter and there was background noise which was not present when the usual presenter spoke.

Easy to follow and remember details for test at the end.

Clear, concise presentation. The only minor glitch is that the sound levels between the fire officers speaking and the main presenter/voice overs are different meaning I had to keep adjusting the volume.

I found the programme kept my attention and I liked the tests throughout to keep me focused.

vidoes were good, interesting information especially the experiments with the room of people and the alarm bells. Fire officers were a bit mono tone and therefore less easy to listen to compared to the obviously trained actor.

Quite long, but very comprehensive and interesting.

It was helpful that after each section element there was a question to answer which kept you aware of taking in and understanding the information given. The format of the training was easy to follow and kept you engaged by different mediums.
