This was ok.

Strong points are the little refresher tests at the end of each section and the human behaviour section.

Easy to use and get it done in work

No need to leave work to go elsewhere can be done on site. Very informitive

5 Stars

A concise and useful programme for stimulating awareness and interest in the burning issues of the day.

Very interesting, clear to understand

Really enjoyed the DVD, especially the human behaviour in while the group ignored the fire bell. Clear, informative and thorough. I would recommend to anyone.

Very good

If the training could be completed in 60 minutes, it would be even better!

Content was good.

The video clip showing 9 fire hazards was very difficult to see properly. The image was too small and the camera moved too quickly to be able to spot all the hazards, even watching it more than once. Sound was too low on the video clips of the Fire Brigade Officer. Please do not publish this review.

Overall pretty good.

Overall useful. The pictorial tests where I had to find hazards wasn't particularly helpful: you just click on the checklist and it highlights everything for you, which kind of defeats the point.

training ok

The training was good but I didn't learn much more than I did on the ordinary Fire Training. I'm not sure why I was asked to do this as I am not a Fire Warden nor intend to be.

Felt format was ok using a computer

I am dyslexic so interacting with the computer was difficult for me, would prefer a hands on /two way interaction with a Tutor. I learn from asking questions and receiving feedback.

3/5
Very useful and informative

My understanding of my duties has increased significantly as a result of following this course. I am certain that in the event of a fire I will be better able to assist the safe evacuation of people and ideally to assist in the prevention.
