The training is very well structured and comprehensive, touching all aspects of the matters with enough details but without becoming too complex.

Learning materials were good and kept the training interesting

each section was well covered and explained, the question at the end of each section was good. A little bit more on the category of fire extinguishers maybe more useful. The section on people unfamiliar with a building and fire alarm was long, but i supposed it highlighted the point.

I found this a very help full tool to train staff. I like the way questions are asked after each section making the person watching the tutorial concentrate to make sure they take in all the information being given. If they then get the question wrong you can explain why and go over the subject matter again. Also informative and iteresting video on human behavior.

I took the Fire Warden Training course from IHS as a refresher to the training I received a couple of years ago with the Fire Brigade. The methodical approach and the ability to review points over again really made taking the information on board so much easier than just sitting in a classroom environment.

This was a very helpful explanation, in easy to understand language, of a Fire Warden's responsibilities.

for once I quite liked doing it online, not to fast or slow in pace, clear, intresting. i enjoyed it. if it needs anything maybe a vid clip showing just how fast a fire can spread as i dont think people understad how it can spread so fast and how you can go from almost safe to life threatening in a few seconds, but good one look forward to the next ss.

The online fire training course was easy to complete but I did not like all the videos that needed listening to. I would prefer to just read the information as I was sat in the office doing the training while others were trying to work. I did find the information informative however, and feel like I have a better knowledge of the Fire Warden role.

Very concise, easy to follow & understand

i had to refresh on 3 questions as the test crashed so as this was my 20th attempt to take the test i let it go. as a result of refreshing the question it moved onto the next question and defaulted to wrong . i should have 100% but couldnt be bothered to make any further attempts as it did continually crash on questions.
