I have gained knowledge about the different types of fire extinguishers because I would have used the completely wrong types of the various fires. I now appreciate the dangers related to reluctance by people including me before undertaking this course. I definitely was amazed by the people who were completing some questionnaires and completely ignored the fire alarm.

Found the videos on how to put the fires out very useful, as it was demonstrated using a professional and experienced professional.

The videos are really informative and in particular, people's behaviour in the event of a fire was a revelation.

Gives a very good overview of the roles and responsibilities of a fire warden, excellent course.

I would have liked to be able to print some of the information for future reference e.g. classes of fire, extinguisher types, but appreciate that this could not be done during the training because of the test at the end. Perhaps afterwards?
