Like the fact that it was all spoken and I didn't have to read lots

I liked the training programme because it dealt with relevant facts, explained situations clearly and emphasised the need to be aware of issues involving your own and others safety in the event of a fire. I liked the programme because I could go back over areas I needed to listen to again. This helped put the whole procedure into perspective. Identifying fire extinguishers, their purpose and how to use them was an area I was not sure about but I feel much more confident to use them now.

Well laid out and very easy to follow no long worded or boring speeches everything that was included was relevant and to the point

A good on line training- liked that it was broken down into different parts and that you could start it and then return at a later time. need to remember to write notes to get throught the test at the end! this has been an excellent way for all my team to acess the same training - thank you

User friendly training programme which incorporates a high level of information.

One or two of the sections were too long. The first aid section is completely wrong and does not cover first aid. It was all about classes of fire and fire extinguishers which was covered in another section.

Over all I found the programme easy to follow and very easy to understans

I found this programme very easy to navigate and enjoyed the use of images and video examples as they were very useful in helping to demonstrate situations and get the point across to the protial risks involved. The use of questions at the end of each section was also very useful as it aloud you to see if you had understood the information before moving on. Overall I found the programme user friendly and very visual.
