I enjoyed completing this programme and found it very useful. It will not only help me in the workplace but also at home or when out.

Some of the videos took a long time to load so the whole start to finish was nearer 1 hour & 45 mins. This maybe because I did it through Google Chrome & not Internet Explorer? But it was very informative, easy to follow & to understand. Annoyingly when I did the test screen froze when I clicked next & when I clicked my cursor it was on an answer which I hadn't read & it was the incorrect one! Again this could be because it was loaded in Chrome & was pausing a lot?

The CD is straightforward, informative and gives a good fire warden training.

Webiste was easy to use, and splitting the sections / topics meant I could go at my pace during the working day. However when in middle of section I found it frustrating that I could go back for a bit I missed or able to pause, and then to watch the bit I missed I had to watch the whole ssection again before I could move onto next page.
