The programme was organised, focused and informative. The speakers were clear and understandable. All the information was presented in a good style and section questions kept me concentrating.

Although some of the information was interesting from a factual perspective I felt that this training video was really for more actively involved fire wardens and not the evacuation role that we undertake

Good comprehensive content, mini tests as you progress is a good idea. Poor navigation backwards and forwards within modules to recap and the inability to fast forward to seleced points in videos, whilst understandable to ensure they are not skipped would improve that navigation. Constant invitations to optimise the screen size is really annoying.

I found this a great refresher course. The personnel involved were clear and the instructions given were informative and easy to take in. I found it helped to remember little things that I had forgotten for example the different colous of all the signs and how long you could expect to use an extinguisher for etc.

Quite a comprehensive overview regarding fire fighting . Good idea to use the videos as well as the dialogue as it helps explain the concept better.

Good information overall. Could perhaps have a summary (checklist) at the end of the information an individual needs to go away and find out that is specific to their work environment i.e. fire extinguisher types/locations, planned drills, read action plans/risk assessments etc.

Very helpful to know what my responsibilities are and what they are not.
