I have been a fire warden for many years and the course acts as a good refresher and reminder of things fire wardens can do to help ensure the workplace is a safe environment for everyone.

I found this training a little challenging as there was a lot of information to take in over a short space of time.

Good informtion presented in a relevant format, easy to follow, and look back on should the need arise.

Well presented training, easy to understand and very informative.

This was a very comprehensive programme which told me all I needed to know and in a clear and concise manner.

Disappointed the sernario of being able to pick out the hazzards in the rooms has changed. As in already telling you the answers. I find it better if people should at least try for themselves .Sharon Pywell Cleaning & Grounds Manager.

Whilst this is one of the better training tools available, some of the lead in information is a bit long winded, and you feel like you want to skip it and get to the "meat" of the information you need to learn. My fire wardens on average take about 1 1/2 hours to do this training, and have commented that about 1 hour to do it all would be better, as they are often time limited on what training they can do. Pausing and coming back to it is not liked as they like all of the information to be fresh when taking the 20 questions at the end. Still it is a good training programme.
