excellent interactive mix of videos, bullet points, and diagrams. i used it as a refresher for my fire warden role and was very satisfied.

The program does seem to have been refreshed with some new elements. For example the videos demonstrating extinguisher use. This prevented the course from merely being a repeat, which may mean that it is not 'taken seriously' by the user. This video forms our refresher course and so needs to avoid being merely a replay.

I enjoyed the course and it reminded me of all I should know and practice.

Basically easy to understand and helpful summaries at the end of each section.

Presenters were clear and understandable.

Very good summary of fire hazards that allows you to review the topics in the comfort of your home. Very clear information that you can review a number of times as you go along. Has made me much more aware of my role of a fire warden and of the potential fire hazards in my place of work. Has given me the confidence how to act in the case of fire.
