Good use of media

Efficient

Good for new staff to have the awareness, but a bit repetitive for existing staff. I would have liked to see a change in the training from when i last completed the training 3 years ago.

4/5
Informative

Informative and conclusive - eye opening. I liked that the reading was mixed in with the videos. Seeing the extinguishers being used was very helpful.

5/5
interesting but long

Had a problem with the test but got there in the end

4/5
Easy staged segmented programme

Good way of learning but this module slightly overwhelming and in my view overly complicated at times, hence 4 stars!

4/5
easy to follow and explained thoroughly.

Would like there to be ' sure' button so able to check before it accepting the answer as I clicked the wrong one and as soon as I clicked I knew it was wrong but it's too late, ( the only one I got wrong, infuriated)

Very Good

Informative, not boring and given in easy to digest sections

4/5
Very good

The training was aimed at the correct level, run at a good speed and easy to follow.

5/5
Overall a good training tool

It can seem a bit lengthy however, most of it does need to be in there in order to fully train someone in being a fire marshall effectively.

I enjoyed the programme overall but there seemed to be a lot of just repeating the same thing over and over. Also, I noticed a couple of spelling mistakes while going through the course. Also, I don't understand how fire extinguishers come under "first aid"? I understand that they are used as a life-saving way of putting out fires but "first aid" is usually medical treatment ...surely? However, I did enjoy the course and will possibly be looking to this company for further H&S training.
