Fantastic! Clear, concise & informative

This refresher training will help me in my role as a lot of my shifts I lone work. The training has provided me with the knowledge, tools and confidence in being able to understand risk assessments & legislation. Thank you.

Good

Good but legislation referred to was not relevant in Scotland which is our office location.

4/5
Very easy to use and very informative.

Easy to use and understand, very informative, perhaps the test could be a little more difficult to make it even more useful.

4/5
Did what was needed.

No need for outside the office training Would like to have used an exitinguisher

Well structured, comprehensive, easy to work through

5/5
Covered all necessary points

It was very informative without going into too much depth. It just makes sure that as a fire warden you understand the role you have to play without feeling you have to be a fire fighter.

Quite time consuming

I thought the course was informative but a little to long

3/5
Too long, but still good

Would like it to be a bit more interactive (the pop quiz questions were brilliant, maybe include more of these throughout?), but the time it takes is too long for us busy working professionals.

I have never had fire warden training before so this was the first time. I found it very informative and interesting.

Bit long but that was probably necessary

This is a very good subject and I found it fascinating. I find it amazing though that people aren’t more alarmed when a fire alarm goes off. We had one go off in our apartment block last night and I was about ready to evacuate with a cat under each arm when they said it was set off accidentally. No one else was in the corridors though. Scary thought
