Good training. Liked the mix of videos followed by written summary. The interspersed questions were also good to keep you on your toes!

Overall this training was not too bad. I did enjoy the scenerios to watch and the more interactive things. I did find that e learning is not my prefered option as there is alot of information to absorb. I prefere to train with other people as you can learn from one another. This makes the whole learning process more enjoyable and therefore more likely to remember certain important factors. I did the test twice as there was a large gap between completing some of the sections, so some information had been misplaced in my brain when it came to the test. I am happy with the overall result and feel I have gained additional knowledge.
