The web site kept freezing and crashing. This lead me having to relog online at least 5 times. Made me frustrated and eager to complete the course. This I felt this had a effect on my result .

An easy and informative training programme which is simple to use and follow, but not patronising. A good mix of video, narrative and multiple choice. It has provided a solid base for fire awareness and I found I immediately started analysing my environment after using the CD. The ability to complete the programme in sections was incredibly useful, as I could break it into chunks. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have an estimated time for each section, as some are longer than others.
A brilliant refresher course.

would recommend this training to anyone who had an interest. the fact that it does't take long and you can do it in your own time means you have no down time at work or at home. superb
Excellent!! Very comprehensive and soo easy to use.
Some technical issues with IT, but overall a good course providing some very useful information.
