There are a few annoying inconsistencies, eg the tetrahedron of fire, chain reaction v chemical reaction v combustion. Also one of the questions about conduction or convection was wrong in the past - I wasn't asked it this time! I'd like an option to just take the test rather than having to press the "go forward" button repeatedly. I can get about 90% without re-taking the training.

easy to use, learning valuble information and being able to refer back at your own pace.

This is ostensibly common sense, so some sections were a bit longer than necessary. Videos were most useful.

It was OK. Managed to cover most things and scored a 95

Good, easy to follow, clear & concise.

To improve i would say that the videos should be able to be rewinded or forwarded by moving the time cursor, instead of staring the whole video again.
