informative and easy to follow instructions, however there were constant issues with the sound and the content throughout the programme. the sound was intermittent and stuttering causing me to miss half of what was being said. had to rely on the written information and the programme itself kept freezing. took me almost 2 hrs to complete the training before i even got to the test.

Fantastic and very effective !!

The details covered are very easy to understand and retain. Understanding level has been well taken in consideration and the module has been compiled in a very legitimate way to make it easily grasped by almost any person

Enjoyed the video's especially the reactions to a fire alarm by unsuspecting people, very informative, thankyou.

very informative

i found some videos slightly too long, ie. what people do whent hey hear a fire alarm, im not sure i need to see them being interviewed after and then again when someone tells them they need to evacuate. Aside from that good informative training, i now feel confident on how to act and lead staff members, should a fire break out.

A very enjable course.

Good format, clear presentation.

There are a few annoying inconsistencies, eg the tetrahedron of fire, chain reaction v chemical reaction v combustion. Also one of the questions about conduction or convection was wrong in the past - I wasn't asked it this time! I'd like an option to just take the test rather than having to press the "go forward" button repeatedly. I can get about 90% without re-taking the training.
