Very well designed course, very interesting, mix of media was very good, videos were very shocking as to people's behaviour in a fire!
This was the first time I had completed a rest online. I found the steps very easy to follow and was able to Navigate my way around the programme. The videos and Narrators clear and easy to understand. I wasn't Sure weather I would learn any information in such a short Time however, I was surprised how much knowledge I did gain.
Liked the fact there was clips to watch, which got the points accross a lot better for me. Instead of pages and pages of reading.

A well presented training program, covering all the bases but not going into masses of detail that could confuse the trainee. Overall very good

The system was easy to use and the interactive system, made it easy to learn and understand the vital section of the training.

This programme contained a lot of very useful information and I now feel much more confident in carrying out my duties. It has also made me more observant and aware of potential problems and hazards.
