Very informative and actually quite good fun to have done.

A very informative and easy to understand training programme. The topic lengths were just about right and the language used was easy to interpret and remember - too much jargon is never good! The presentation was very good and was simple, clear and concise.

All of the basic information required is in the course. However, there are limitations imposed by the use of pre-recorded material (so no ability to ask questions) and the size of the screen used for some of the examples. Overall though the course is clear and useful.

it is very good refreshment which helps update people .

This is the second time that i have completed this course and found it easy to use, easy to digest the information and not to over the top or bogged down with unnessecary information. Good use of video and i liked the fact that you could complete it in stages even though this time i done it all in one sitting. I have already suggested to my bosses that they explore the possibilities of other training being carried out in the same way.

Just enough in the course content, not too much information to take in, very good course

This is very thorough indeed and raised several questions in my mind about our own procedures - it was just a little too long, although the way you are automatically directed to the next section is much improved.
