common sense and straight to the point, interactive questions after each section to make sure the information is going in is a nice touch
The training is brilliant, it contains some very useful facts regarding fire safety and what to do in the event of an emergency, but quite a few of the modules would not display and I had to use subtitles for the vast part of the programme and re-start it a few times, apart from the loading the actual content was fantastic and I learned a lot from it.
