I found it tiring completing this due to the program's slow loading

I felt the program was a bit out dated

The test section crashed several times though which meant I had to repeat this exercise three times! otherwise fine

I found the training comprehensive in the subject matter with excellent graphical images. Easy to follow and repeat sections

This programme covered all the information clearly and in an engaging way. Good change between way information delivered. Useful checks at the end of each section to confirm learning outcome. The programme was easy to use and it was good to be able to print out the certificate immediately.

Well spoken presenters, interesting material, useful to be able to pause and resume which is not possible with normal classroom based training.
