There were several occasions I needed to re-load a page. Throughout the learning material this did not create any problems, whilst taking the final test reloading the page caused it to skip a question. This then gave inaccurate results. I have emailed about this and I am awaiting a response.

More straight forward and easier to follow than I expected. As it is over 1 hour long I imagined it would be tiresome but found it beneficial and clear.

Image was very small on the screen, with no obvious way to enlarge it, and so some of the text was virtually illegible.Apart from that it was a very informative and well presented piece of training

Thorough, but took hours!

One of the best programmes I have seen in my time as a Fire Warden. Informative, easy to follow and user friendly, which is everything you need. It's great that the test is randomly generated, nice touch!

Unfortunately I had problems with the electronic programme on several attempts and took hours longer than expected. Programme too long for electronic training, a lot of content repeated from General Fire Awareness training

all the information was clear and concise.

I really enjoyed the course but found it really intense with a lot of information to absorb. However, on a more positive note, i feel that i have a more extensive knowledge in the prevention of fire and would feel more confident in tackling a fire if one arose.

I found the programme easy to follow and understand clearly. If I was unsure on a topic I found it easy to go back to relearn what I wasn't sure on.

Very informative.
