I found this training programme well organised and very informative. A wide range of subjects were covered in an easy to follow steps with clear verbal, pictorial and video explanations.

Fantastic training program! Previously I had no knowledge of which extinguisher type would be suitable to tackle various types of fire. I would now be confident to tackle a fire.

I have really enjoyed the presentation. It was clear,informative and straight to the point.It has open a better understanding of the risks of fire and what can we do to minimise its effects.

There were several occasions I needed to re-load a page. Throughout the learning material this did not create any problems, whilst taking the final test reloading the page caused it to skip a question. This then gave inaccurate results. I have emailed about this and I am awaiting a response.
