Easy to understand and used a variety of teaching methods, visual, text, videos. Simply yet fully informative
IT WAS INTERESTING TO SEE THE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IGNORING THE FIRE ALARM. THE VIDEO OF THE SWEETS SHOP ON FIRE WAS SURPRISING. THE FIRE SERVICE STAFF WERE CALM AND CLEAR INTHEIR EXPLANATIONS.

As a training manager I have sat through a number of online training packages recently and this one is very engaging and well designed.
Covered all thye bases in a logical and metodical sequence that helped reinforce previously auired learning, and brought out some thought provoking points particularly in regard to typical human behaviours.
