very informative definitely showed the need for fire wardens as humans can be like sheep.

The system was a bit glitchy (not moving on or making me repeat parts already completed) but the content was excellent. Each part was broken down so it could easily be absorbed with clear, easy to understand explanations and plenty of visuals to aid understanding and memory.

Sometimes on interrupting as program you need to start from the beginning. I don't know whether it is the program or our systems. Tracking of modules completed seems to be a bit flaky, I know I have completed 4 modules in the last 3 months, I have the certificates to prove it, but only one identified on the system and even that one says ' Print Certificate'

I have received lots of online training previously which have been delivered in a more engaging way but the content was clear and informative.

Clear and concise with lots of useful information. I enjoyed the video clips, especially the one demonstrating the reactions of others upon hearing a fire alarm!

Excellent programme. More lengthy and therefore comprehensive than I had expected from an on-line course.

A lot of this course was a repetition of the Fire Awareness Training. I did read it again, no harm in a bit of revision, so it certainly did not take the 84 mins that was predicted at the beginning of the course.

This training tool is very comprehensive yet to the point as well as interesting. The video content is very helpful and the questions at the end are reasonable.
