The programme was very informative and clear
A lot of information and much of it things I never would have realised, such as people not taking fire alarms seriously. Then I realised that I've done precisely that myself! I certainly won't now.

I found it quite informative but there did seem to be a lot of repitition.
You can dip in and out of the training which makes it very convenient and easy to do the training.
