best was videos especially group of pple who do not move until somebody (fire warden) takes charge
I wasn't aware of many details given in the training. I would have done it wrong if situation happened to me. Not any longer.
This is a very clear & concise eLearning package, that is available directly on your desktop, with the ability to pause & come-back later to the training. It covers all legislative issues, as well Safety concerns and places all Fire Warden tasks clearly in a scenario. Well developed.
I found it easy to understand and enjoyed completing the training.
very comprehensive training cd - some of the questions were ambiguous and after concentrating for such a long time i only scored 75%.
Nice variety of learning methods - interaction, demonstrations etc.
The presenters were clear in their delivery. The professional fire fighters were authoritative and understandable. The small tests during each section gave immediate feedback on whether the information had been retained by the trainee. The programme had a good mix of styles to keep the attention of the trainee. An excellent training aid.
Some of the course was missing - it seems to skip the part which explained the categories of fire A, B, C etc.
This has given me enough information so that I can undertake the role of fire warden with more knowledge.
I found this training programme very straight forward and easy to follow, i learnt a great deal of knowledge from it and would tell my colleagues to use it.
