the program keeps freezing on a question part most frustrating,

would have been better if there was more interaction

it failed during the test

Very good although I had to press refresh on one of the test questions as I was getting no response. On clicking the right answer (I think!) after refresh it told me it was incorrect (Mandatory sineage). Also, a score of 90% suggests a second question was answered incorrectly and I don't think that was right. I did try and screen grab the discrepancy but it has not saved.

Very informative and at a nice steady pace.

Laid out clearly the duties and knowledge needed to be a Fire Warden in a modern business or organisation. Important items like fire extinguisher labeling and use were comprehensively covered. It was simple to follow and understand.

Makes you more aware of fire-safety in the workplace. Not too in depth, easy to understand. Enjoyed the test.

A well constructed course that was easy to follow and complete. The material was modern and presented as bite size chunks which allowed me to complete the course in stages when time allowed. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
