Need practical part of training
In depth, comprehensive and engaging training that covers more subjects than other Fire Safety Training I have had.
Excellent training dvd. The commentary wasn’t patronizing in any way.I feel I have learnt a lot.
A good training programme that allows the trainee to go over points not fully understood first time so no room for doubts.
The programe is clear, concise and well focussed on the important points. I liked the use of videos for the fire alarm scenario and use of extinguishers.

Informative and let me know all the key things to know in the event of a fire. I feel I am very prepared now.
It concentrated on the points required to undertake the role.
It is very good, however I prefer to sit in a room and go through things within a group. It took me at least 2 hours, maybe I was a bit slow!!!
I kept being interrupted at work so it took longer than expected. Therefore some questions could have been highlighted when the answer was in an interview scenario. A pause button would really have helped for the interview sections.
