Good but too much repetition.

A little patronising at times but good science and expert clips.

3/5
Easy to access and do the course

All the points are covered in an interesting and informative way. The CD makes it very easy to access the course and the fact that you can do the exam and get a certificate is excellent. Only adverse comment was that I had done the course three years ago but it acted as if I had done all the modules this time so had to remember where I had got to.

5/5
Very comprehensive

Very comprehensive, but possibly a little bit too much detail (especially all the interviews with the test evacuation group) - makes the course a little long.

Very good training!

I thought this training was very informative and used the subtitle option (even though I can hear) so that I could pause the video at certian points and makes notes from the subtitles. It's a lot of information to take in so it's a good idea to have a pause and rewind button to go back and review certain parts of it.

The training was quick and easy.

The video was a bit fast so I missed the fair alarm at the top of the stairs.

5/5
Very informative

This training gives a better understanding of the importance of the role of Fire Warden making the relevance of becoming one much more real.

The programme is very easy to follow.

The training programme is informative. I feel more confident now. The tests after each section were fun to do. The repetition of some important things helped me to memorize them, i.e. how to use a fire extiquisher.

Glad I undertook the training. Definately worth doing and make me more aware of my surroundings and what to do to prevent and how to address a fire or hazard.
