Very tedious. Part classroom and part practical is much better.

A very good, well structured online course that gives practical advice. The pace is ideal, with the option of replaying sections if you have not picked up all points. I would have liked the opportunity to print a summary of the course.

I will be using this fire training as a refresher for staff who have already had fire safety training in the past. really well presented good videos and i liked the video question what did the fireman do wrong....

Having no previous experience of being a Deputy Fire Warden, I feel confidently equipped with the knowledge to take on this responsibility within the Firm. The training was presented in a user friendly format and could be accessed at my own pace.

A lovely simple program with everything in one place. The only issue I had was that I tended to navigate with the arrow button only and think I may have missed a small section out when I should have navigated with the larger 'on screen' buttons below the actual video.

The course covers all the necessary requirements and an easy to follow way.

Extremely easy to understand. The videos of operating extinguishers were very useful. The examples of behaviour in a fire was a real eye opener. I would recommend these to courses to anyone involved with Health & Safety.
