Informative video, more time could be spent on the individual fire extinguishers just to reiterate exactly what they should and shouldn't be used for, but overall it was very clear and interactive. Very useful.

i found it very good and concise and clear, it was a very enjoyable course and it taught me things i never knew and most of it was common sense, it was a good all round course and would recommend to any one.

Really good in terms of knowing what to do in the situation, and what tools to use but there was a lot of information which I didn't feel was necessary for me to know in the workplace. The scenario's were the best tips, showing people's reactions (or lack of) which was really good to know, also the different types of fire extinguishers and how to use them correctly as this is vital information.

Very tedious. Part classroom and part practical is much better.
