This training was straight forward and provided in a simple way

The training material has alot of videos to watch and tutorials to listen to. Half of the time these did not play and was a black screen, where i had to read the subtitles to the side. I was unable to watch any of the videos re: examples of how people react in the event of fire, or the shop scenarios.

plenty of knowledge data but it feels like some links are missing found myself going over the same sections just by resuming if this was because I got a final question wrong it does not state that would be better if it did !

It was good but could you find a way to have less interview style teaching

The fire warding training is comprehensive and easy to understand. Good visual illustrations in all its sections and the questions set out for participants after the training are very helpful in testing broad understanding of the course.

The training was practical even though I could do it from my desk. It was very informative

Gives enough background info. to enable one to understand the reasons behind what we do and the actions we have to take. Starting to get a bit boring second time round though!

The course hit the key points in an engaging and expressive manner which was fluid and easy to follow

Course is informative, and helps to ensure understanding of the subject under discussion.

Wrong emergency number for Luxembourg , but still the course was excellent .
