The traiing was clear, thorough, comprehensive and logical in terms of navigating the training. The mix of video and questions added variety and interest to the training. I learnt alot and would recommend it to others.

not sure if it was timing on my part or the course has been improved since last year!
It needed to be more interactive. The presentations were too long and got dull and I lost interest.

a very good training program that was had a good mix of text and video. The only negative was the length of time to complete but this I suppose is necessary due to the complex nature of the subject and legislation.
