The video's really helped alot better than reading

Found it very useful to watch videos and have someone talk to me than just reading.

Instilled confidence in role and session was clear and to the point

This course was a good reminder of our roles and responsibilities and also the legislative requirements relating to fire prevention. One gripe - the videos did not all play, which made the test at the end a matter of guesswork regarding the 'what did he do wrong' questions.

Very easy to follow and understand

I found the training very user friendly...I could pause and resume at any time. I learned many useful things that would help in my home, as well as the workplace environment. The test questions during the training gave you an insight into what to expect from the final test.

The fire officer's voice made me loose interest - and the presenter's eyebrows were distracting

Would have been great if it covered help for lone workers, Wish I got 100%

Easy to understand

This was a good training course and I learnt a lot. Some parts were slightly boring when people were just talking - I prefer interactive learning.
